We all get a little lost in the journey sometimes, so having a place to reconnect with our bodies is the intention of this space.

Deborah Payge RMT

Deborah has always been fascinated by these incredible bodies we inhabit; constantly researching, learning and exploring how and why we adjust and heal, and how to assist the body do that!

She earned her 2200 hr Massage Therapy Diploma in 2002 and has lived, worked and studied in Nova Scotia, Ontario, England, and South Africa; adding a great deal of diverse experience and perspective to her outlook and approach to life and treatments.

Deborah is a passionate, empathic nurturer, who understands that each and every one of us is on a very unique individual journey. She loves to journey map with her clients, finding ways assist to them with their goals to realign, reconnect, renew, rediscover or rehabilitate themselves.

RMT, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor are some of the qualifications she looks forward to sharing.
