Welcome! If this is your first massage appointment with Deborah Payge at CENTERED Massage & Wellness, please pick this for your first booking. An additional 15 min is allocated at the start of this appointment to allow for discussions on your medical and health history. Individual treatment goals will be determined and a plan for achieving your expected outcomes explored. Billing preferences and insurance plans will be setup in this added time too. Spending the time to get to know what your needs and desired outcomes are at the start of the appointment is essential for the most effective use of our time together for this and future massage appointments
